Riding at Pembrokeshire Riding Centre
No matter if you are a complete beginner and perhaps nervous about sitting on horseback or an experienced rider - you are all welcome here!
Our centre has achieved a "highly commended" by the British Horse Society and we are a member of the Association of British Riding Schools.
You can choose from private or group lessons in our large indoor school or go on rides in the Pembrokeshire countryside for hourly, half-day or even day rides!
If you haven't got your own, we will provide you with boots, helmets and body protectors - there is no charge for this!
Our instructors are experienced, friendly and patient and will ensure that you can continually progress and our equine team members range from Shetland and Highland ponies to Humphrey, the 18 hand gentle giant.

For tiny tots age 2 and over. A gentle introduction to ponies and a chance to sit on them during the 1/2 hour experience |
| Lessons | Groups of up to 5 riders of similar abilities. Indoor or in paddock depending on ability. Beginners to advanced riders, jumping lessons available. |
| Day Experience |
1/2 day and full day Care for your "own" pony for the time you are here. Groom and learn how to put on a saddle + bridle. You may even get to bath him/her. |
| Hacks / Treks |
These are steady walk trot rides out in groups of up to 6 riders. Two members of staff will accompany you. We will see you ride for 5 minutes inside before taking you out to ensure you are comfortable and safe. |
| Long Day Ride | Only for confident riders, who can walk, trot and canter in the open. |

BACS or cash payments only
We can provide up to date safety equipment, please wear long trousers.
Socks are essential if you intend to use our boots.
